From a warm welcome at the entrance to immersive cultural installations, interactive tableaux, and to-scale 3D models of Bhopal’s heritage structures, every element was designed to engage visitors. Wayfinding systems were restructured for intuitive navigation, and amenities such as refreshment counters and sanitary facilities were upgraded to meet modern standards of comfort, hygiene, and accessibility.
The result is a prototype that transforms fuel stops into memorable journeys—merging operational efficiency with cultural storytelling and traveller comfort. This scalable model is now set to be replicated across multiple strategic highway locations.
